Cancellation Policy
Appointments are via Zoom/Hangouts unless agreed otherwise prior to the appointment and you will receive a link to join the call in your booking confirmation. If you arrive late to the appointment, I am not able to extend the time slot as I will have another appointment scheduled after. Cancellations You will receive appointment reminders to the email you used to book your appointment 2 days before your appointment time. Cancellations less with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee (50% of appointment fee). If you have an emergency and cannot attend your appointment, please let me know. Non-attendance appointments are charged at full fee. Any refunds will be provided minus any processing fees and will be processed in NZD so you may receive a different amount if the currency exchange rate has changed. All notes, images and information discussed during your appointment are treated as confidential. I do not share this information without prior agreement from yourself first.
